These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Serenity+ application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Cory Nagy ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

Serenity+ is a productivity and wellness infrastructure platform designed to provide data-tracking tools, AI-driven coaching, and performance frameworks. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Medical and Professional Advice Disclaimer

CRITICAL: SERENITY+ IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER.

No Professional-Client Relationship: Your use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other licensed professional relationship between you and Cory Nagy or Serenity+.
AI-Generated Content: You acknowledge that any advice, coaching, or recommendations provided by the AI agents within the app are generated by automated algorithms. This content is provided "as-is" without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Mandatory Consultation: You are strictly required to consult with a qualified physician, mental health professional, or other relevant licensed expert before implementing any suggestions, biological "sprints," dietary changes, or performance protocols recommended by the Service.
Emergency Situations: Do not use this Service in a medical or mental health emergency. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911) immediately.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cory Nagy, Serenity-Plus.com, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with:

1. Your reliance on AI-generated advice or coaching.
2. Any physical or mental injury resulting from the use or misuse of the Service.
3. Any errors or omissions in the content provided.

You assume full responsibility for your actions and health. Your use of any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk.

4. User Conduct and Responsibility

As a user, you agree to provide accurate data for tracking purposes. You acknowledge that the efficacy of the "Infrastructure Architecture" provided by the app depends on your subjective input and your adherence to professional medical guidance outside of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos (including the branding), code, and proprietary frameworks are the exclusive property of Cory Nagy and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
